Ah Great Britian, home to my Queen, fish and chips, over crowded trains, cadburys chocolate, sausage rolls and pies, many australians around... wait... yes its true the cultural histories of our two countries are so close, you cant go 10 metres in London without tripping over some other Aussie.
Ive been in England for a week doing some teaching and this evening I am off to Switzerland for the weekend and then on Monday down to a very special place for me.. Loobs! Man I miss Slovenia, all the nice people, all those bureks, it will be good to be back amongst my people then (for the next week Ill claim unwavering alegance to Serbia, Im with you Vladimir!). After a week there im back to Frankfurt to teach and then, I dont know, 2 week is far too far in the future to be planning, come on!
Im having an awesome time, Im out doing good work, visitng my friends and having a load of fun. I even enjoyed England... which I didnt think I would. I always freak out on my first day back here, Im walking around and I can UNDERSTAND everyone again. Its surreal, I feel like Im walking down the street poking into peoples lives just because I can hear them.
